- What system configuration do I need to use LOGYx?
Your minimum system requirements are: PC with Pentium III processor (1Ghz) or higher, with 512 MB of RAM and 1GB free disk space on your hard drive. Before using LOGYx, you need to install Macromedia Flash©. You will find the latest version of Macromedia Flash© on the installation CD.
- Does LOGYx work on a Linux system?
No, at this stage, the software does not work on a Linux platform.
- The installation freezes during decompression of files. What should I do?
Your CD drive may be incompatible with the CD on which we distribute LOGYx. Please contact our Sales Department by telephone (+33 561 408 258) or by email indicating the purpose of your request.
- Does LOGYx require installation on a server?
LOGYx is available in several versions: a single-user version and a network version. The former can be installed in a completely independent manner on a PC, which can be a laptop or desktop computer. The network version can be used on a network, and therefore requires a dedicated computer to host the database that users can access remotely and with which they can synchronize data, such as for exams or self-learning. However, hosting the application and database does not necessarily require a server architecture. In the case of a small facility, a well-equipped PC can be used as a server.
- How many instructional sequences are included the software's basic package?
By default, LOGYx is delivered with a basic package of 300 instructional sequences. We also offer additional instructional packages enabling to enrich your database. Please contact our sales representative for more details on our offer.
- I broke my dongle. What can I do?
Be careful, your dongle is your user license. If you break it, no problem. Just send it back to us, and we'll exchange it for a fee that includes only price of the item. However, you must send us the original dongle, so we can replace it. Therefore, this does not apply if your dongle was lost or stolen.
